Skalla Construction Company Hiring for Apartment Renovator-1099 Employee at Denver, CO Full Time
Renovating apartments as a 1099 employee. The sky is the limit. Make as much or as little as you want. Make your own hours renovating apartments just as long as you are respectful of the tenants (loud activities limited to 8am-6pm). In the cap hill area. Will be paid when the unit is 50 percent completed, and fully completed. Completion bonuses if project is early or on-time. Quality work is a must. Tools required.
Tasks include:
- Demo
- New drywall/patchwork
- Painting and masking
- Install cabinets
- Tile
- Electrical and Plumbing
- Install Blinds
- Doors and hardware
- Trim work and carpentry
- General cleanup
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Denver, CO 80203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
