Skillz Hiring for Talent Assistant Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

As a Talent Assistant, you will:

• Communicate professionally with our clients, candidates, and coworkers while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Work closely with our sourcing and recruiting team to improve upon existing processes and programs.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct candidate calls including check-ins, updates, and interviews
• Champion our values and philosophy to potential candidates.
• Conduct employment-related research and assist recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
• Provide support and coordination on recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks, ideally as an Executive Assistant or have worked in recruiting
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
• A team player—you’re willing to help out wherever needed, eager to learn and grow with a positive, happy attitude

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the San Francisco, CA area.
