We are seeking new team members that are professional, outgoing, and personable, for our fast-paced Medical Spa. Outstanding customer service and extreme attention to detail is a must! We prefer an individual with prior experience working at a Medical Spa. Must have a minimum of one year job experience as a receptionist, or in the beauty industry sales or services. We are looking for someone who is flexible to change and can grow within our team.

Duties:

• Checking patients in and out
• Managing the schedule effectively
• Scheduling appointments
• Emailing patients
• Maintaining a clean environment for patients
• Providing a friendly and positive patient experience
• Confirming appointments
• Educating patients on products and services
• Ensuring patients book after inquiring about services
• Rooming patients and taking patient photos
