Front Desk Receptionist
Skin Deep Salon and Spa in New Providence, NJ is looking for a Front Desk Spa Representative. We are looking for a customer service rock star that wants to work in a fast-paced and serene environment. Department Store counter sales a plus . Makeup artists a plus as well.

Technical Position Duties

• Politely greet guests upon their arrival
• Checking guests in and out.
• Assisting in handling any question or concerns that may arise in the course of a day.
• Answer incoming calls and book appointments in a professional and timely manner, following established booking procedures.
• Display exceptional customer service skills to effectively sell services, packages, explain gift certificate purchase procedures, and current retail promotions.
• Balance a cash register
• Experience handling retail, management and hospitality is a plus
• Sales experience is a must
• Must follow strict dress code, including hair and makeup done before work
