Hourly rates are only part of the equation. As we respect you and our team we pay the following, part of your compensation package. We even pay the full health insurance premium with United Health Care after 90 days. Good luck finding that anywhere

• FICA and Medicare $2.16
• Workers Comp: $3.03
• State Unemployment $0.42
• 401k employer contribution $0.65
• Health Insurance $3.16
• Sick, Holidays, vacation $2.02

Benefits and paid time off equate to an additional $11.44 above your hourly rate.

Furthermore, we have profit sharing after one year of service that has been running $250 to $1,500 month for 1 year to 5 year employees.
