Sky Systems Inc Hiring for Call Center Quality Assurance Executive (100% Remote) at Remote Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Listen to Recorded Calls for Quality Assurance
- Agents will be assigned centers to monitor on a daily basis looking for:
- Call backs that are not happening
- Unanswered calls – Provide a list of numbers that called the center but did not request a call back. This is a proactive way to get the center to reach out to people they have missed
- Agents will listen to calls by agent
- Flag calls were agents need additional coaching. Send links to CA for them to click and listen to calls
- Flag calls were patient was upset or rude or might need follow-up from the CA
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
