Here’s a chance to really make your mark in one of Auckland’s most iconic businesses. Our busy in-house design studio is looking for a Creative Studio Coordinator to join our Production team.

You’ll be working with our wonderful and varied clients from Hotels to Casino to Restaurants and yes, even the SkyTower itself.

Reporting to the Studio Manager and using your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, your primary task will be coordinating the flow of work through the Studio – making sure we hit our deadlines in a fast paced and ever changing environment. You will have knowledge of working with artists and have the ability to determine the right skillset for a job. The Creative Studio Coordinator is the grease in the wheels that keeps the jobs moving smoothly and efficiently.

This is a fast paced role that requires a cool head under pressure, creative problem solving, the ability to juggle multiple conflicting deadlines and strong relationship building skills.
