Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights? We’re seeking a skilled Data and Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on not just crunching numbers, but also effectively communicating findings to stakeholders, this role is for you.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Host Responsibility, you’ll play a critical role in analysing data related to gambling behaviours, identifying potential issues, and assisting in the development and implementation of responsible gambling initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders you’ll collaborate to develop data-driven decisions and strategies to promote responsible gambling practices within SkyCity. As well as supporting the wider Host Responsibility function, you’ll also assist with non-customer facing tasks when required, such as assisting the VIP loyalty tier upgrade review process.

This isn’t your traditional Data Analysis role! We’re on the hunt for a data superstar who also loves collaborating and getting out into the business where you’ll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders on projects to support our Host Responsibility programme. You’ll be naturally resilient, a pro-active problem-solver with high levels of energy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills are key in this role being confident communicating complex findings to diverse audiences. You’ll have proven experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and a proficiency using MS office and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
