SkyCity Entertainment Group Looking for Guest Relations Executive – Horizon by SkyCity at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are excited to bring you the opportunity to join the pre-opening team ofHorizon by SkyCity.

Horizon by SkyCity is opening early 2024, we are building our front office team and are looking for a professional, hard working individual who loves to make guests’ stay a memorable one.

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the operation and customer delivery of the hotel guest services to achieve the 5 star experience.

What will you be doing?

• Be the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guests
• Manage and escalate customer disputes or queries as required
• Pass on feedback from guests to our front office staff
• Recognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cards
• Monitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market Matrix
• Liaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experience

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Experience in Hotel operations (preferable)
• Positive and professional personality
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proven customer service experience in a fast paced environment ideally in Hotels/Tourism sector
