SkyCity has two beautiful properties within metres of each other – The Grand by SkyCity is a 5 star property and SkyCity Hotel is a 4.5 star property. Busy and fast paced environments with a team of professionals who know how to look after their guests and win awards for doing so.

As a  Reservation Groups Specialist, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all hotel enquiries for SkyCity Hotel and The Grand by SkyCity Hotel are dealt with in a friendly, pro active and efficient manner.  In doing this, you will manage reservations through high demand periods, liaise with VIP clients, manage meet and greets with guests, tour leaders and agents.

We are looking for the ideal candidate who has superb communication skills and an outstanding customer service ethic.  You will also have previous experience in sales and/or reservations experience in a hotel environment, an eye for detail and the ability to think quickly and innovatively.  Previous exposure to OPERA as well as previous reservations experience would be a real advantage.

Building strong relationships across the business including Sales, Hotels operational staff tour operators and Marketing will ensure you are successful in this role.
