Right now, we are looking for a customer focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Adelaide IT team.
So, what does this opportunity look like?
As Service Desk Analyst, you’ll provide support for incident resolution and request reported to the Group ICT Service Desk via phone, email or in person.
What you will look like?
You’ll have Level 1 IT skills and have previous service desk experience; you will also be comfortable working with a 24/7 rostered environment. Excellent customer service is essential, as is strong communication skills and a desire and ability to problem solve.
