What are important things that YOU need to know?
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8am – 4:30pm CST
- Position can be fully remote
- If selected for further consideration , candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate is required for the position.
What will YOU be doing for us?
Accurately and efficiently inputs data from
various types of insurance claim and/or authorization requests submitted by health care providers or members into data base system.

What will YOU be working on every day?
- Knowledge of various types of form submissions, and having the skillset to process them within client turnaround times, accurately and efficiently into different modules in the data base system based not only on the form type and various field requirements, but also by the client specific requirements. Various types of form submissions are, but not limited to:
- American Dental Association (ADA) forms
- CMS-1500 Physician Claims forms
- UB-04 Facility Claim form
- Commercial Member Reimbursement forms
- Log unclean submissions so rejection letters are generated back to the servicing provider and a record is retained within the system.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Navigate efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry.
- Maintain proficiency with data entry guidelines and unique client requirements.
- Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance to designated turnaround times.
- Differentiate between different submission types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate.
- Utilize resources available to maintain current knowledge and understanding of client processing rules.
- Assists as required on system upgrades to ensure timely completion.
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?
- Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required Level of Experience
- 1 or more years of experience in data entry or transcribing services.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy
- Time management abilities
- Multi-tasking ability
- Excellent communications skill
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GREAT candidate?
- Experience in data entry or transcribing services related to medical or dental claim submissions.
- Knowledge of American Dental Association (ADA) forms, CMS-1500 Physician Claims form, UB-04 Facility Claim form or Commercial Member Reimbursement forms.
