Job Overview
Position Summary: The Admin Assistant Intern assists SkyIT Management in all areas of daily company life. Responsible for the following:
· Human resources tasks (job posting, resume filtering, interview assistance, onboarding/offboarding)
· Daily admin tasks (setting up meetings, responding to emails from employees/contractors, applicants)
· Monthly cost tracking, invoices
· Access to private and confidential information
· Responsible for collaborating with other admin positions to set up company-wide meetings and events (i.e., quarterly meetings, workshops)
· Give assistance where required throughout the company when requested by management
· Developing Administrative and HR processes
· Modifying existing documents such as training manuals, existing processes, and etc.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Admin tasks such as booking meetings, keeping track of upcoming meetings, follow ups, reminders, optimization of existing meetings, keeping track of attendees, scheduling conflict resolution
2. Tracking information such as LMS attendees, financial information, hiring/onboarding/off boarding reports
3. Managing digital workspaces such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Trello, email hosting, etc.
4. Developing and optimizing existing processes within the administrative department
5. Modifying existing documents such as training manuals, existing processes, and etc.
6. Conducting initial interviews and coming up with cognitive decisions on the candidates
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
