As the Front Desk Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative and clerical support associated with the business headquarters for
Slade Glass Co. This position supports a diverse array of support staff to ensure our business offices operate efficiently.
Additionally, you will serve as the face and voice of the company as you will normally be the very first contact our customers have with us. As a result, we are looking for a team member with a dynamic, customer-oriented personality.
The goal is to ensure superb administrative assistance to our staff and 5-star customer service that routinely exceeds the expectations of our demanding customers.

1. Performs all front desk responsibilities including but not limited to welcoming visitors/customers, answering phones, distributing mail, 35% document scanning and copying, ordering and organizing office supplies.
2. Assisting both call-in, walk-in, and email customers with scheduling appointments, ordering products, order pick-up and cash out, and 35% general information.
3. Learning the glass business to facilitate successful inside sales. 20%
4. Maintains/supports internal communications by notifying various levels of employees of all relevant customer or job-based information. 10%
