The Sleep Inn & Suites Hays I-70 is looking for a friendly energetic, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. We are a family owned business and we would love to add a hardworking individual to our team. We are currently looking for agent which is great for students! We are also looking for a housekeeper to work during the day and must be able to work on the weekend. Available desk shifts are 2 overnights and 2 housekeeping.

Front Desk Responsibilities include:
Ability to make reservations for guests. Answer phone calls; deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and vendors. Ability to multi-task and be able to communicate issues with Managers and other team members. Must be able to complete laundry and cleaning duties. Must be able to problem solve. Basic math skills required. Must be professional and a team player.

Must:
Have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal skills
Be able to answer multi-line phone calls. Multi-tasking is essential.
Data entry/computer skills are required.
Be familiar with local area activities and attractions.

Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and extensive standing/walking required.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Detailed cleaning of multiple guest rooms in allotted time frame and reporting maintenance items in rooms. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and state/local health codes.

Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and extensive walking required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Pay depending upon experience.
