I’m searching for a detail oriented, organized and reliable administrative assistant to support a business owner, by managing the day-to-day appointment setting, preparing quotes, processing and finalizing invoices, vendor follow-up and maintaining current customer contact. The candidate must be computer savvy and a Multi-tasker who loves the fast pace and variety this position requires.
