Busy Family Owned Real Estate Brokerage is looking for a Full-time Office Assistant to help with daily office tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Job Role:
Answering and managing telephone lines.
Drafting and editing written documents.
Arranging meetings and telephone conferences.
Maintaining calendars, spreadsheets, and various documents.
Accommodating guests upon their arrival; ordering and setting up lunch meetings and closings.
Maintaining physical organization of client’s office and files.
Assisting with various transactions and closings.
Providing clients with an excellent customer service experience by assisting with company cell phone.
Qualifications:
Work experience in office setting required. Real Estate experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with-a command of proper grammar.
Superior organization skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow up on delegated assignments and employ judgment in prioritizing activities.
Well-articulated, energetic, and eager to learn.
Professional demeanor
In-depth knowledge of current office software (primarily Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel) and competence in undertaking internet-based research.
Reliable Transportation Required. Background Required. Office Location: Sanford
Compensation Based on Experience.
