Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for clients. Develop a detailed project plan with identified critical path tasks. Record detailed client requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders and implement through established project deliverables. Measure project performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads client project engagements by diagnosing and translating project requirements into a project delivery plan, and then leading the internal team to ensure the project is successfully executed in accordance with the specification and project milestones agreed with the client.
Creates, tracks, and forecasts changes in project budgets.
Builds effective relationships with key client stakeholders.
Conducts meetings with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan.
Contributes and run project and program Steering Committees
Creates opportunities to expand business with current clients; identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions.
Works closely supporting the sales team, providing technical assistance where required.
Responds to RFPs and coordinates the response to the client.
Applies project management experience, ideally using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Provides on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
Reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Prepares estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops staff; manages schedules and workflow.
Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Delivery of automation related products and product solutions customized to clients’ requirements.
Experience with designing product solutions
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent, or eight to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience in the Healthcare Industry
8+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects. Ideally from a technical background with experience of system integrations.
8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
Demonstrated experience in a client facing project management role.
Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to clients and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.
Experience with services implementation
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
Acute attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize projects, manage priorities and workflow.
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
