Smitten Kitten, a local designer maker of award winning gift and paper goods, is looking to hire a Super Duper Administrative Assistant! This is a permanent part time position, 20-25 hrs a week with a set schedule. You will be working out of our studio/ shop in Liberty Village. A fun yet very productive environment. ⠀

As our new administrative assistant, you will be responsible for keeping our office running ship shape and assist in the operation of SK. You’re super organized, timely, friendly and responsible. A multi-tasker with great communication skills who’s not shy when it comes to suggesting improvements to our current system. ⠀

Previous administrative assistant experience or the like is required. Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar software) and Excel required. Knowledge of the brand is required.⠀

Responsibilities include: ⠀
⠀
– Managing and inputing POs while working closely with myself and production to make sure orders go out in a timely manner. ⠀
⠀
– Making sure all orders we ship out are accurate, complete, and packed with care.⠀
⠀
– Corresponding with and taking care of our wholesale accounts and sales reps. This includes answering any questions they may have, keeping all account receivables up to date, and generating sales / commission reports.⠀

– Tracking / ordering inventory. Work closely with our suppliers to make sure we always have the inventory needed on hand to meet ship dates.⠀
