We are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This role is located at our Head Office in Galway.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:

• Accurate data inputting into appropriate financial systems
• General finance administration including:
• invoice processing
• creditor, bank and nominal ledger reconciliations
• weekly and monthly financial reporting
• Financial Data Analysis / KPI Reporting
• Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned by management The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Relevant third level qualification
• Previous experience in an ‘Accounts’ environment an advantage
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficient in full Microsoft package, especially Excel
• SAP experience an advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
