We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join Team Snapchat! Working from one of our US-based offices, you’ll become a key player in driving the creative ambition of the business. As a Senior Program Manager, the successful candidate will be a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue through ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Snapchat Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat.
What you’ll do:
Set and implement strategic operations for the Platform Creative Strategy and Brand Co/Lab teams
Build and deploy systems that scale team impact (e.g. comms channels, resource hubs, automated workback schedules, SF dashboard to feed regular reporting)
Recommend and operationalize optimal platforms and methods to centralize resources and materials
Track team performance against KPIs. Set, measure, and produce reports on operational metrics and learnings and continually improve processes
Develop repeatable pre- and post-sale processes, creating self-serve models that Sales can leverage independently
Manage budgets with an eye to ROI, including funding of programs, vendor costs, and support for pricing and accounting strategies
Collaborate with XFN teams to develop shared roadmaps and workflows
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail
Knows how to run a meeting for maximum effectiveness and output
Ability to use data to optimize team efficiency and impact
Ability to analyze and assess projects for scalability using a 1:many model
Experience building new teams with operational excellence
Understanding of mobile marketing and how advertisers build strategies on social platforms
Preferred qualifications:
Track record of developing high-functioning teams in digital technology
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Ability to articulate business strategy and defend the strategy from scope creep — while remaining flexible and open to thoughtful change
Proven track record for managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote
