The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Engage in business development activities including identifying, securing, and/or managing relationships with external clients
• Meet regularly with management to report and plan organisation’s business objectives / strategy
• Propose new channels for sales growth
• Business research – gathering, studying and analysing information to find potential opportunities and determine their feasibility, expediency and prospects.
• Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budget to achieve profitability targets.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations
• Monitor client satisfaction and quality assurance, report issues relating to business operations and propose viable solutions.
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory compliance requirements

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

• Diploma/Degree on Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 year’s sales experiences.
• Recruitment/Business Consultancy Industry experience ideal, B2B sales is a minimum requirement.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous, process strong execution skills and customers serviced oriented.
• Resourceful, strong negotiation skills and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills.
• Planning and analytical skills, ability to drive business through presentation and negotiation.
• Proficient with MS Office. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
