nPosition Summary: Position will be responsible for directing and coordinating collections and product recovery efforts for the Lease portfolio. Facilitates the resolution of equipment and warranty issues by engaging with other Snap-on business units. Provides assistance to field personnel on collection issues and customer credit and customer service concerns. Evaluate product appraisals, recoveries and refurbishments. Coordinate the resale of collateral with the Snap-on Equipment sales channel or with third party vendors.

n Responsibilities

nMajor Responsibilities:
n
n
+ Collection of Lease credit accounts to achieve desired Corporate/Regional standards
n
+ Reach required metrics for delinquency and loss control
n
+ Coordinate product return with Snap-on field personnel and Franchisees
n
+ Extensive phone contact in collecting on active delinquent accounts
n
+ Evaluate product appraisals
n
+ Report and recommend solutions on major issues
n
+ Answer field and customer questions
n
+ Resolve credit/payment problems
n
+ Maintain relationships with diplomacy/tact
n
+ Provide required statistics/reports to Snap-on Credit management and Parent Company
n
n Qualifications
n
nRequirements:
n
n
+ BS or BA degree or equivalent professional experience
n
+ 1-3+ years of directly related experience
n
n
Business understanding and demonstrated skills and knowledge in:

n
+ Credit and collections

+ Credit laws and regulations
n
+ Reporting requirements
