I was blessed to be able to be a domestic goddess, aka stay at home mom, until my son reached his growth plate, i.e. graduated from high school. I am looking for an organized and extremely detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for updating daily calendars, processing expense reports, and generating sales proposals. I am interested in hiring a detail oriented individual who can think quickly and make decisions without much direction. This is a fast-paced support position and the ideal candidate will be able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Use email and calendar software and other software applications.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Create, format, proofread, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for external purposes.
• Communicate clearly on the phone and in writing with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Answer customer questions.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Organize office supplies and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.05 per hour
