About the Directorate
The Directorate of Student and Academic Services (SAS) provides high level, professional administrative services to staff, students and researchers across the School.
About the Role
Working as part of a team, you will provide friendly, efficient and effective advice and guidance supporting the administration of student support throughout the academic cycle. You will ensure that students receive timely and accurate advice around their studies/academic journey and/or you will signpost them to the appropriate service. The role assumes responsibility for effectively executing departmental administrative processes to provide a seamless experience to students.
About you
You will need to demonstrate:
Previous office administrative experience, ideally in a Higher Education context along with a good first degree or equivalent experience. You will be able to work and build strong relationships with professional and academic staff at all levels. You will have a strong commitment to providing high levels of service when providing advice and guidance to both staff and students.
