The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator (Part-Time) to join our Ballina Resource Centre team in Ozanam House, Teeling Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo.The post holder will be the main point of contact in the centre while also providing administration support to the programmes offered, engaging with clients, service users, members and volunteers, donors and fundraisers and external agencies.

Candidate Requirements:
Educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent is essential.
Experience handling a diverse range of callers, both in-person and by telephone.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent software skills including MS Office packages i.e., Word, Excel.
Desired but not essential:
An office administration, software applications, accounts/bookkeeping qualification is desirable.
At least 3 years’ experience providing varied administrative support in a busy environment is desirable.
Knowledge of the geography of the North Mayo and West Sligo area.
Experience in the community / voluntary sector is desirable.
