Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Unit Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role. Rate $18-$20 an hour. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are a dynamic and reliable person; you have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position encompasses a range of responsibilities related to office services:

• Operate various office machines.
• Receive, label and log lost and found items.
• Replenish kitchen supplies.
• Reconfigure room and workspace set-up as directed.
• Prepare packages and determine package priority.
• Log received courier packages.
• Sort and stamp mail.
• Ensure proper screening and sign-in protocols are followed.
• Receptionist back-up
• Report any immediate threat to safety and security to Building Security
• Report hazards to the Site Manager
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
• Other related duties as required by client

SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
• Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Open to learning and growing
• Maturity of judgment and behaviour
• Maintains high standards of for work areas and appearance
• Complies with dress code requirements
• Maintains a positive attitude
