We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a brand new recruitment team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a busy role, where you will have the opportunity to support large recruitment drives, social media campaigns and attraction strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standard.

This role will be Monday – Friday and you will primarily work from home, having regular contact with the wider team virtually.

Role Responsibility

• Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Resourcing function including; Writing adverts, CV screening, arranging interviews and preparing offer paperwork
• Provide a helpful, highly responsive and customer friendly service to all customers
• Provide Resourcing support to internal customers with recruitment process queries, provision of selection tools and technical questions surrounding the Resourcing system
• Build a pipeline of candidates for the main job families, utilizing the CRM system
• Work to deliver against KPIs of time to hire and agency spend
• Work with Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to deliver effective recruitment campaigns
• Be a true ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence, through activity and engagement managers use of these tools

The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to demonstrate some experience of what excellence looks like in the end-to-end Resourcing process
• Committed to provide a helpful, friendly, responsive service
• Well-organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Some understanding of attraction strategies and social tools used to drive campaigns
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Package Description

• £22,000 per annum
• 12 month Fixed Term Contract
