About the role

At Sodexo we are passionate about the services we deliver and place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide a great service, we are looking for a Retail Coordinator to join us, managing and ensuring that our retail business runs smoothly!

You’ll be responsible for providing an excellent retail service so previous retail experience is essential.

With customer service at the heart of what we do you’ll interact with both customers and stakeholders, always maintaining good working relationships.

A few things about you

This is a customer facing role so it’s important to have a positive, friendly attitude. You’ll work as part of a team and will need to have strong communication skills, being able to also work independently.

Experience in retail would be great, but generally customer service experience will tick the box!

A general knowledge of health and safety procedures would also be beneficial.

We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic about delivering the best service, will communicate confidently and will be a team player!

Package Description

• 39 hours per week
• €14.00 – €15.50 per hour
• Monday – Friday, flexible working hours and the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week
