We are looking for a enthusiastic kitchenhand to join the team. The successful candidate will have a great chance to learn different area across the hotel and find their own passion. To be successful you will be experienced with a similar role in a recognized face paced restaurant, café or hotel. You will have impeccable grooming standards and be passionate about Food and Beverage.

SKILLS

• Running a faced paced dishwashing section
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Ensuring waste is removed from kitchen on a regular basis and ensure it is going into proper recycling areas.
• Assisting in collecting and packing away deliveries. 
• Cleaning down the kitchen at the end of the shift.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6months experience.
• Understanding of food hygiene guidelines.
• Successful candidate will work varied shifts over a seven day rotating roster.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift (8 hours).
• Reliable and punctual.
