Softcom Systems, Inc Hiring for Machine Operator at Milwaukee, WI Full Time

• Receive product and unload rail cars as necessary.
• Coordinate truck deliveries; generate bills of lading for truck loading and daily reconcile shipping reports
• Perform set-up, startup and shutdown of the finished mill grinding system including belt conveyors, blowers, bucket elevators, compressors and air drying mechanisms for safe / efficient production.
• Visually monitor controls of finished mill grinding system including silo inventory levels for production operational effectiveness, provide daily feedback / suggestions and timely communicate problems to supervision.
• Operate Material Front-end Loader to transfer raw material from storage to material feed bins in safe / efficient manner.
• Maintain general lubrication and oil / filter changes for machines / equipment in work area, recording maintenance efforts / schedules daily.
