GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The purpose of the Office Specialist I position in the Planning Department is to greet all customers in the office with excellent customer service and provide the requested information or the appropriate Client’s staff member to provide the information.
The Office Specialist I is also tasked with answering and routing all calls to the proper staff members and providing advanced clerical support to the department staff.
Work is performed under the supervision of the direct Office Coordinator within the Current Planning Division – Administrative Team.
