Responsibilities

Currently, working with our project team and our Financial Client in the Fraud Risk Controls team managing the enterprise technology governance.

In your role as the Project Delivery Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing hands on Java Full Stack development creating new and improving existing applications.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience with Java 8, J2EE, Microservices

4+ years of experience with React JS or Angular

7+ years of experience with Kafka, Oracle / Snowflake / Databricks / Cassandra / Coockroach DB, Streaming

7+ years of experience with APIs, AWS Cloud

Good Analytical skills

Good at engaging Business stakeholders and apt at Business engagement and requirement discovery

Effective communication and listening skills

Must be willing to live in or relocate to Wilmington DE, or Plano TX.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Previous Banking experience
