Job Description

Solar Titan USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!The Representative will identify and discuss customer pain points and build rapport. They have the urgency to remove roadblocks that might cause them to discontinue their service and make the customer feel satisfied with the results of the call.Responsibilities:

• They will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction through communication.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Apply proven de-escalation skills via telephone with any upset or irate customers prior to addressing their needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Communicate with other departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Will be the point of contact for potential and current customers.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent Phone etiquette and ability to remain calm and professional.
• Computer literate-Salesforce knowledge a plus.
