Role
As a Sales Consultant at Solution Squad (2Degrees), you will be a crucial driver of growth and success in telecommunications/IT. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Solution Squad (2Degrees) is a leading telecommunications company committed to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion efforts. Your understanding of the telecommunications and IT industry, market dynamics, and customer needs will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives and enhance Solution Squad’s position in the market. This is an office-based call centre role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth areas, emerging trends, and market demands within the telecommunications/IT sector.
Business Strategy Development:
Develop and implement result-oriented business plans that align with Solution Squad’s overall objectives, focusing on driving sustainable growth in telecommunication.
Set clear sales and revenue targets and create strategic roadmaps to achieve them.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and pain points, and propose tailor-made solutions to address their requirements effectively.
New Business Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to expand Solution Squad’s (2Degrees) telecommunications/IT market footprint.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners to secure new business deals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical experts, and solution architects, to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services and exceptional customer experiences.
