Our client, is on the lookout for a Junior QS to join their team in their Head Office in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your career working on some big projects gaining expert advice and guidance along the way. An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
- Work alongside the teams Senior QS
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Coordination of work effort.
- Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
Requirements
- Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying
- Previous work experience with Civils projects is an advantage
- Strong Communication Skills

Salary: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
