The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT sector, communicating with different departments, and working side by side with the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Experience recruiting software developers in Mexico
• Understanding software engineers mindset/challenges for new careers
• HR marketing and culture experience
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Content creation for candidates in the process (one-pagers about client’s information, interview advice, etc)

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the IT industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100.00 per month
