We are looking for a Casual Client Care Coordinator to work across our clinics in the Napier / Hastings region.  This is a rewarding role where you can really help to make a difference in people’s lives. 

Extensive on the job training is provided to develop your knowledge, expertise and confidence.

Casual Hours: As and when required to help support our teams to cover annual leave, sick leave or other busy periods.

Key tasks:

• Managing the day to day operations of the clinic.
• Reception duties – delivering an excellent standard of client care.
• Managing clinic diary (appointments) to optimize our busy clinicians’ time.
• Processing insurance applications, government subsidies and ACC claims.
• Running daily reports through our CRM system.
• Data integrity management and maximizing opportunities to interact with our clients.
• In-house hearing aid repairs (full training provided).

The ideal person for us would have the following attributes:

• Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine desire to help people
• A team member with a natural affinity for calling our existing clients and database management
• Confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment. 
• Operationally minded and commercially savvy, high level of general computer literacy required
• Interested in personal and professional development
• Have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives out in the community – help us build Invercargill’s client base with your local knowledge
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to interact with the wider Triton team and suppliers
