Contract:

-Preference to start immediately due to implementation of trading system

Responsibilities: 

Derivatives and Futures order management:

-Assist with daily derivatives position monitoring, broker report reconciliation and hedge reporting to Traders, Head Office Risk Team and Management.

-Analyse exposure and MTM profit / loss on physical & derivative portfolios.

-Assist with updating and maintain an accurate Position Summary daily for the relevant derivatives trades executed by the Trading team. 

-Monitoring the data integrity and accuracy of the position summary by ensuring the deal economics of each deal is timely and correctly reflected.

Trading System Implementation:

-Assist the Risk Manager and Operations Manager in implementation of trading system in the company.

-Parallel running by inputting data entry into trading system to ensure both manual and trading systems operate simultaneously.

-Understand the current trading systems’ capabilities and limitations, and develop continuous improvement for systems and processes.

Others:

-Writing work manual / creating Risk team induction material.

-Other projects as per company needs and intern’s interest.

Qualifications:

-Min Diploma holder/A level 

Requirement:

-Strong knowledge in Microsoft excel and words.

-Demonstrated ability to learn fast, multitask and meeting deadlines

-Meticulous, hardworking, hands on, responsibility.

-Self -motivated & adapt fast paced in dynamic environment.
