Sorted Logistics Looking for Class 2 Driver Metro – Auckland at Full Time

It’s an exciting time at Sorted Logistics!  We are a dynamic and diverse company experiencing significant growth across our business. As a result we are looking for an experienced Class 2 Truck Driver to join the Auckland Transport team.

About the role?
This role will see you using your knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver products to Sorted’s supply chain partners and customers in a safe and timely manner. You would complete daily inspections and checking of your loads to ensure they are in good condition and within legal limits. Additionally, logbooks will need to be accurate with all relevant paperwork completed fully and in a timely manner.

Your skills and attributes will demonstrate:

• Class 2 license, with 12 + months experience, and a clean driving record
• Forklift license (desirable)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven ability to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of HSAW legislation with a commitment to Health & Safety
• Confidence in loading/unloading trucks with general freight/forkhoist
• Basic computer skills would be beneficial
