TEMPORARY short-term position Mon to Fri 9:00am to 4:30pm/5:00pm $28 to $32 p/hr Our client is a luxury boutique retirement village in Orewa. They are currently in need of a full-time temporary Receptionist/Administrator who can be available to start on 19th May.
About The Role
- First point of contact for residents and visitors
- Reception Duties
- Provide administrative and sales support
- Accounts; invoicing, processing payments, liaising with Financial Administrator
- General office and village duties as required
About You
- Previous customer service/reception/administrative experience essential
- Excellent communication skills, in person, in writing, on the phone; must be a people person (friendly, helpful, approachable)
- MYOB experience
- Organised, self-motivated, able to multi-task
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, CRM Database Management
