Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels (e.g., display, search, video, programmatic).
• Conduct market and audience research to inform media strategy and identify the best platforms for client campaigns.
• Support the senior media planners and account teams in gathering data, evaluating media performance, and optimizing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and results against KPIs.
• Collaborate with media vendors, buying teams, and creative agencies to coordinate media placement.
• Prepare client-facing reports and presentations with insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media technologies to contribute fresh ideas to campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related marketing field (internships count).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a comfort level working with data and metrics.
• Proficiency in media planning tools and software (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360).
• Familiarity with digital media channels such as paid search, social media, programmatic, and display advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
