● Formal trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery
Tasks & responsibilities
- ● Positively and constructively manage, direct and support all team members
● Evaluate performance of employees and conduct relevant performance management processes as required
● Oversee and prepare meals to required standards
● Focus on service excellence and exceeding customer expectations - ● Provide excellent leadership to the Kitchen team
● Ability to make decisions and problem solve quickly and under pressure
● Flexibility in working hours including evening and weekend work
