The Position

South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Kearney or Hastings Administration office. The ideal candidate would possess the qualifications needed to perform duties related to accounts payable, accounting, marketing, and assistance with monthly billing for services rendered. These qualifications would include experience in QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and general accounting experience. The candidate would need to be able to work independently, be detail oriented and be able to manage multiple projects in a demanding environment. A minimum of an associate degree will be considered, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The starting annual salary range for this position is $35,000-$38,000, which includes bonuses based on productivity and performance.
