South Central Behavioral Services Hiring for Front Office Staff at Hastings, NE Full Time

South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is currently seeking experienced and reliable full-time front office staff in our Hastings Outpatient office. Our Outpatient Office provides Mental Health and Substance Use services for Adults, Youth and Adolescents. As a Front Office Staff member, you would be responsible for managing databases and therapists’ schedules, running monthly audits, recording information in the agency and state electronic record systems, as well as general office duties. Applicant must be available to work M-Th 8-5, with the possibility of one to two nights until 7pm. Our agency does work on a flexible work schedule with rotating shifts on Fridays either opening or closing. Qualified bilingual persons are encouraged to apply. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position. Pay range for this position is $33,000-$39,000, which includes bonuses based on productivity and performance.
