Performs receptionist duties for administrative departments. Performs administrative duties for the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer including phone coverage, correspondence, reports, and appointment scheduling. Coordinates calendar and logistics for ED. Provides administrative support to both officers including writing memos, recording minutes for significant meetings. Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Strong English writing skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with confidential information.
