To deliver training and support to post-16 learners to raise the skills and attainment levels of the Borough’s residents by:
- Building capacity and harnessing effective working relationships to ensure economic capability and wellbeing is improved for local people and communities and a suitably skilled workforce is available to meet the needs of local employers;
- Working with colleagues involved in improving quality of services, contributing to the devising of processes and procedures to improve overall quality and consistency of programmes;
- Developing and managing effective relationships with referral partners, key points of contact and other key stakeholders and contributing to the quality improvement activities to maximise successful outcomes.
