It’s that time of year where the sun shines bright and people want to have fun and cool off. Why don’t you take the plunge and join a great team over the coming summer months, developing your skills or gaining experience, whatever the reason if you answered yes to the above then this is the job for you.

These roles are based across our 3 beautiful sites located in Tokoroa, Putāruru and Tīrau. Starting early November through to March. These are part-time and casual roles. Our amazing pools are open to the community 7 days a week so you must be prepared to work on a roster system including weekends and some public holidays. The shifts range from early, mid and late shifts, and require individuals with a high level of reliability and commitment.

Lifeguard and First Aid Qualifications would be advantageous but onsite training can be provided for the right candidates who are new to the industry and eager to learn. As part of the interview process you will be required to complete a 200m swim in 6 minutes or less, treading water for 5 minutes and a deep dive (2m) to retrieve an object from the bottom of the pool confidently.
