Te āheinga: The opportunity

As the Environmental Health and Alcohol Administrator, you will be assisting in the day-to-day administration relating to alcohol licensing matters, while providing backup administrative support to the Environmental Health team as required. Tasks involved are providing advice, processing applications, reports, meetings, and disbursement of appropriate information.

This is a Tokoroa based permanent part-time role offered at 30 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday with the flexibility of some days working from home.

You will be the class act in being able to juggle a variety of tasks with accuracy, precision and style. Competency in Microsoft products and databases are preferred and ideally at least 2 years of experience in secretarial or office administration.
