A day in the life – Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

• Internal/External customer inquiries: Support other areas of responsibilities including but not limited to energy efficiency income qualified and outage call types. Outage call types capture hazardous conditions. These calls can include public safety service issues, wires down, pole, streetlight, and 911 police and fire agency reporting.
• Handle and validate confidential information such as invoices and program applications for accuracy of data and completion of required information for program qualification.
• Ability to review and enter data with a high level of accuracy.
• Research and analyze to resolve customer issues and provide solutions and recommendations by applying established policies and procedures for the energy efficiency and income qualified programs.
• Process applications, complete multiple assignments simultaneously, including research of missing information, verifying account status, and contacting internal / external customers.
• Gathers documents and research data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources.
• Support other areas of responsibilities including but not limited to energy efficiency income qualified and program support call types, both incoming and outbound.

Qualifications

The essentials

• One (1) year of experience resolving customer issues by researching and analyzing information.
• One (1) year experience integrating work across relevant areas and managing risks and information appropriately.

The preferred

• Experience with SCE Energy Efficiency and Income Qualified programs.
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, peers, management, and other areas as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess, research and analyze information to make sound decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to internal and external client’s business needs, and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others.
• Proficiency with C4C & SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
• Able to lift 25 lbs., operate basic office machines: such as copier, fax, scanner, etc. and other duties assigned
• Overtime will be required based on department needs up to an estimated 40% of time. Schedule Monday-Friday: Ranging from 6:00am-4:30pm

• This position’s work mode is Remote (1 day per month). The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
